Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon’s Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya is churning out decent numbers at the box office and has milked the Valentine’s Week opportunity it seems. The film earned 29.11 crore within three days of its release and secured a decent weekend.
In the upcoming days, with partial local holidays, the film might churn out better numbers at the box office. It started with 7.02 crore on day 1, and it was followed by 10.50 crore on day 2. On Sunday, the collections jumped a little more, securing 11.59 crore at the box office.
In three days, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya has churned out 29.11 crore at the box office and is aiming for a good number on Valentine’s Day as well. Interestingly, it is already the fifth highest-grossing weekend for a Valentine release since 2011.

Best Valentine’s Weekend
The best Valentine’s weekend in the last 13 years has been Ranveer Singh‘s Gully Boy, which collected 72.45 crores in its first weekend. Released in 2019 and helmed by Zoya Akhtar, the Ranveer Singh-Siddhant Chaturvedi film also starred Alia Bhatt and Kalki Koechlin and wasn’t a typical romantic film!
Worst Valentine’s Weekend
The worst Valentine’s weekend was registered by a film called Amavas that starred Nargis Fakhri and Sachiin Joshi. The film is the lowest-earning Valentine’s week opener as well. It was released in 2019 and kickstarted Valentine’s Week.
Last Valentine’s Weekend
The last Valentine’s weekend was in 2022, and Rajkummar Rao – Bhumi Pednekar’s film collected 7.82 crore in its weekend. Though the film was critically appreciated, it could not churn out good numbers at the box office.
The Biggest ‘Romantic’ Valentine’s Weekend!
Interestingly, none of the films in the top 5 list of the Valentine’s Week releases are romantic dramas. Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon‘s Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya has registered the biggest Valentine’s Weekend in the last 13 years as a true blue romantic film. The other four films that stand at number 1 to 4 are either comedies, dramas, or action thrillers.
