Azealia Banks has slammed pop stars Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus and Nicki Minaj on Twitter, saying they make “basic” music.

The 27-year-old singer, in a Twitter rant, asked if Cyrus is making fun of herself with her music and called Swift and Minaj “basic”, reported Digital Spy.

She tweeted:

It’s so funny to wake up and see nicki and Miley or nicki and taylor fighting when you ALL make basic ass music. it’s a ki !!!

Several micro-blogging site users replied about all the times Banks has called herself a fan of Minaj, with one attaching screenshots of her past tweets.

Banks replied that she thinks Minaj is an “incredible” artist, it’s just Banks is “better”.
