Reality TV star Scott Disick has left rehab after five weeks.
He checked out of Cliffside Malibu in California and boarded a private jet, reported Female First.
The 32-year-old “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star uploaded a photograph of him boarding a private jet.
He captioned the image, “Private aviation is my motivation.”

Disick reportedly promised ex-girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian that he would continue his treatment until early January, after she warned him she would fight his bid to gain joint custody of their children,if he leaves the centre early.
“Kourtney has set the terms that he is to stay in treatment for a total of 90 days, with the option to do outpatient after one month,” a source said.
“Scott is actually taking this seriously. He told the them all that he will do whatever they want him to do, so that he can remain a full-time father to his children,” another insider said.
