After Mr Perfectionist Aamir Khan, Salman Khan is bulking up his body for his upcoming film ‘Sultan‘ where plays the role of a 40 year old wrestler. Salman Khan has already put on 7 kilos and he will gain 8 more kilos by 22nd November.
To achieve this goal, Salman Khan has been undergoing some painful rigorous training, the ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan‘ actor said that the weight he needs to put on is of the muscular kind. The diet is not related to this kind of muscular as he is having a proper meal of fish, chicken and protein. He needs to train harder and needs to be more focused.

His training regime includes different kind of workouts like he (Salman Khan) is learning how to grapple which is a floor work important for fighters, how to kick and how to get kicked.
Salman Khan says that its not that the actors cannot do what the fighters do, its just that fighters are doing from many years that why they are doing it with more ease, more flexibility and with more power and quickness and all that things should come in him (Salman Khan) too as a wrestler.
Salman Khan does about 3-4 kicks everyday but he will increase to 150-200 kicks per day as he devotes 4 hours to his workout and post that weight training.
‘Sultan‘ which is produced under the banner of YRF is slated to release in Eid 2016 clashing with Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Raees’.
