Twitter still continues to be an unfamiliar terrain for Vidya Balan. The powerhouse actress, who joined the microblogging site recently, said that she is not yet used to the ways of tweeting frequently. “I am just getting acquainted with Twitter. I have just tweeted only a few times.”

Sharing why she made her debut on Twitter, Vidya Balan said: “For all these years, I kept myself away from social media. But now I feel I need to connect and talk with people and is a good thing. Let’s see for how long I will stick with Twitter.”

While many superstars are habituated to tweeting almost daily, Vidya Balan continues to remain the opposite. “I am not habituated yet in check Twitter too frequently. My friends tease me and tell me that I should give at least some time in the day for Twitter and then I will be on it the entire day. So, let’s see when I will get habituated and for how long I would be on Twitter.”

Vidya Balan, last seen in Mohit Suri’s “Hamari Adhuri Kahani, has ventured into Marathi film industry with a special appearance in a biopic on the late actor-director Bhagwan Dada. Vidya will play the golden era actress Geeta Bali in the film, which traces the Bhagwan Dadas life and the difficulties he faced while making his musical “Albela”.
