Salman Khan’s Eid release ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan‘, which broke many box office records upon its release, is now stuck in a legal matter as Mahim Joshi has filed a suit against the movie stating that he had written the story of this film and had registered it with the Film Writers Association.
Joshi says that he was surprised after watching the film that his story was plagiarized so he filed a suit seeking the credit for the story & suitable compensation for using his script.

Joshi pleaded the Court to keep the World Television Premiere of ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ on stay which is on 11th October but the Bombay High Court declined the plea & said that that there will be no postpone or stay on World Television Premiere & it will happen on 11th October.
The next hearing for this matter is kept on 20th October.
