Alia Bhatt had her fan moment recently when she met superstar Rajinikanth at the launch of ISL in Chennai.
Recalling the precious moment, Alia Bhatt told The Indian Express.com: “It was an amazingly awesome experience. He is such an amazing person. I met him live on stage in front of 29,000 people and I saw the whole stadium collapse just looking at his face. He is so down to earth. My father knows him and I gave him my father’s regards too.”
While Alia didn’t get a chance to talk about Shaandaar with Rajinikanth, the young actress was fortunate enough to watch the match live with the legend. “It was a star struck moment. We were sitting in the same box watching the same game live.”

When asked if she is too young to be paired opposite the legendary actor in a movie, Alia said: “It depends on what the role is. I could play his daughter and I would love that.”
