The rumour mills are working overtime.
The talk pertains to Rakesh Roshan’s ambitious venture Kites, which is confirmed for a Diwali release (October 16). But a section of the industry feels that the film wouldn’t make it on the scheduled date since the international version isn’t ready yet. For those who aren’t tuned in, Kites is being made in two versions simultaneously — in Hindi and English, respectively.

Reportedly, the international version isn’t ready yet. "Well, we still have ample time. The film will open in both the versions simultaneously and we don’t see any postponement at all," Sunir adds.
