Katti Batti starring Imran Khan and Kangana Ranaut has taken a low start at the box office. The film opened to a minimum of 15-20% occupancy for the morning shows. It was quite expected since the film was not predicted to have a smashing opening.

The film may pick up in the late evening and is expecting majority of its business from Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR and Bangalore. It all depends on the kind of word of mouth the film will receive.
It is important for the film to show a good growth on Saturday to put up a decent first weekend total at the box office. The Nikhil Advani film has so far received poor reviews from the critics.
